Introduction: Brand new to the market, Greydon revolutionizes digital in-line printing with the introduction of its Genesis printers. Genesis is a digital inkjet printer designed to print on practically every substrate (paper, film or Tyvek®) at very high resolution and high speed. Genesis is designed primarily for horizontal form fill and seal packaging machines as well as blister pack machines. Its scalable design allows it to fit perfectly in every application ranging in print widths of 70mm up to 570mm.

Innovative technical solutions greatly improve the Genesis reliability and lower the maintenance costs. Even the ink supply can be restored while the printer is operating, reducing the production line downtime.

Scalable Design: Custom plate design for traversing model allow stacking multiple printheads in the same row, thus increasing the print height, or stack more rows to allow multiple color management. In static model this allow increased print width or more "color bars" (up to 4).

Precision Components: All Genesis netal components are CNC machined to ensure maximum precision and minimize alignment issues. Further, software alignment control allow for dot placement precision of +/- 35 microns.

  DigiMax
DigiMax is a high-resolution wet ink digital printer

Introduction: DigiMax is a single color digital wet ink printer capable of printing on porous substrates such as paper and tyvek. DigiMax can be adapted to both continuous motion and intermittent motion packaging machines and converting machines. DigiMax meets the demand of 100% coverage on packages.

Quality: DigiMax prints at 180 or 360 dpi without contacting the substrate.

Technology: DigiMax uses Piezo drop on demand technology

Packaging Machines: DigiMax is designed to print on single and multi lane form fill and seal packaging machines such as Tiromat, Multivac, Colimatic, Ulma and MDC Engineering packaging machines.

Software: DigiMax is equipped with both USB and Ethernet ports and is easily networked.

Print area: The print width is from 100mm to 715 mm. The print length is 1000 mm in the index direction.

Speed: 50 meters per minute or approx 160 feet per minute.

Economy: DigiMax is the most economical digital printer available. Compared to Thermal Ink Jet and Thermal Transfer printing the operating costs are anywhere from one-tenth to one-twentieth the cost. The ink comes in the form of a 1 litre container and is changed very quickly without having to shut down the printer.

Colors available: Black, Cyan Blue, Magenta and Yellow. By blending, we can come up with a variety of colors.
